September 2026 Real Estate Market Report
@realty recorded another strong month in August 2026, achieving $300.1 million in property sales across Australia and New Zealand.
The result comes against a softer Australian housing market, with national home prices falling for a fifth consecutive month and now sitting 2.7% below their March peak. While regional markets continue to show resilience, higher interest rates are placing pressure on borrowing capacity and buyer demand.
